Dialogue is formulated and manufactured in Poland, with botanical ingredients sourced from trusted farmers across Europe. Producing in the EU lets us maintain rigorous quality control, traceability, and ethical standards at every stage — from the soil the plants are grown in to the glass the formulas sit in.

No. This is the most important thing to understand about Dialogue. Your sun sign doesn't dictate which products you should use. Each Dialogue formula is named for a zodiac sign because each sign carries an energy — Leo for radiance, Aquarius for clarity, Pisces for nourishment — and your skin asks for different qualities at different moments. You build your routine the way you'd build a birth chart: layered, personal, complete. A Capricorn can absolutely use the Leo balm. You use it when you want to embody Leo energy.

We use astrology the way other traditions use the elements or the doshas — as a language for the qualities your skin and self are drawn to in any given moment. Need brightness and confidence? That's Leo energy. Need clarity and reset? That's Aquarius. Need deep nourishment and care? That's Pisces. The framework gives you vocabulary for what your skin is asking for — and a more intentional way to choose what to put on it.

Absolutely. The formulas stand on their own. Every Dialogue product is a serious piece of skincare, designed and researched to perform — the astrology is the language we use to talk about energy and intention, but the cleansing balm cleanses, the serum smooths, the cream hydrates. You don't have to engage with the zodiac framework to get the benefits. You can simply use the products you're drawn to.

Yes. We source directly from trusted farmers across Europe, working with raw materials we can trace, verify, and stand behind. Local European sourcing means a shorter supply chain, better traceability, and a smaller environmental footprint than ingredients shipped from further afield.

Dialogue is free from synthetic fragrance. Our products carry the natural aromas of the botanical ingredients themselves — they're part of the sensory ritual. Skincare during pregnancy is a personal and individual decision, and we recommend consulting your doctor, midwife, or healthcare provider before introducing any new product into your routine. Our formulas are naturally derived and free from many of the ingredients commonly flagged during pregnancy, but we always defer to your healthcare professional for personalised advice.

Our formulas are gentle, naturally derived, and free from harsh actives — making them generally well-suited to younger skin. That said, we recommend starting simply with younger skin: a gentle cleanser and a lightweight moisturiser is usually all that's needed.

Most people start with the Leo Radiance Cleansing Balm. Cleansing is the foundation of every good skincare routine, and a clean canvas is what every other product depends on. From there, the Aquarius serum is your treatment step and the Pisces cream is your nourishment step.

A complete Dialogue ritual is three steps. First, cleanse with the Leo Radiance Cleansing Balm — warmed in the hands, massaged into dry skin, rinsed with water. Second, apply 2 to 3 drops of the Aquarius Peptide Renewal Serum to slightly damp skin, pressed gently into the face. Third, finish with a pea-sized amount of the Pisces Hydrating Facial Cream, pressed in to seal everything beneath it. Morning and evening. Three products, three energies, one intention.

The order is always: cleanse, treat, hydrate. Leo first, Aquarius second, Pisces third. As a general skincare rule, you apply products from thinnest to thickest — a watery serum penetrates faster than a rich cream, so it needs to go on first. The cream then seals everything beneath it.

Yes. Dialogue is designed to be a complete ritual, but the formulas play well with others. If you're layering with another brand's products, just follow the thinnest-to-thickest rule, and avoid combining strong actives (like retinol or high-percentage acids) with our peptide serum on the same evening — peptides prefer gentle company.

Each product is designed to stand on its own. You can absolutely use just one — the Leo balm as your only cleanser, the Aquarius serum slotted into your existing routine, the Pisces cream as your daily moisturiser. The full ritual is where the experience deepens, but the formulas perform individually.

Skincare is a long conversation, not a quick fix. You'll feel the difference immediately — the textures, the comfort, the cleanliness — but visible changes in tone, smoothness, and overall skin quality usually become noticeable around four to six weeks of consistent use. Skin renews itself in roughly 28-day cycles, so give your routine at least one full cycle before judging.

Yes. Dialogue packaging is designed with intention — our products come in recyclable glass, chosen for its purity, longevity, and lower environmental impact compared to plastic. Glass is infinitely recyclable, doesn't leach into our formulas, and feels considered in the hand. Our outer packaging is also recyclable.

Three reasons. First, glass is the most stable material for natural formulas — it doesn't react with the oils, peptides, or botanical actives inside. Second, glass is infinitely recyclable, unlike most plastics which degrade in quality every time they're processed. Third, glass feels right — the weight, the cool surface, the sound it makes when you set it down on a marble counter. The ritual deserves it.

Rinse the empty glass bottle or jar with warm water, remove the lid or dropper, and recycle the glass with your local kerbside glass recycling. The outer carton is recyclable cardboard. Different councils handle pump and dropper components differently — if in doubt, check your local council's guidelines.

We make small decisions every day with the planet in mind: European sourcing for shorter supply chains, glass over plastic, recyclable secondary packaging, naturally derived ingredients, and small-batch production to minimise waste. There's always more we can do, and we're honest about that. Sustainability is a direction, not a destination.

We want you to love what you order. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare products. If something arrives damaged or you have any concerns, please contact us directly and we'll make it right.
